In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "988wiu", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the 988wiu platform accessible at https://988wiu.net and all associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces.
• "Platform" means the 988wiu website, any mobile-optimised browser interface, and all gaming, betting, and account management services offered thereon.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered a 988wiu account or who accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created upon successful completion of the 988wiu registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds which are accounted for separately.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount or bonus winnings must be staked before a withdrawal may be processed, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under applicable international gaming regulations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the base currency for all 988wiu Account transactions.

By accessing the 988wiu Platform, registering an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and 988wiu.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English version shall prevail. 988wiu may make these Terms available in Urdu for informational purposes, but the English text remains the legally binding version.

To register and maintain a 988wiu Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 988wiu strictly prohibits access by minors and enforces this requirement through its KYC verification process.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of 988wiu, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a self-excluded player who has voluntarily requested exclusion from gambling services through 988wiu or any connected responsible gaming programme.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly and currently prohibited under local law applicable to you personally.

988wiu reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Providing false information regarding your age or identity is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

Registration of a 988wiu Account requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a secure password of your choosing. You undertake to keep all Account information accurate and up to date.

• One Account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one 988wiu Account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited.
• One Account per device/household. Where multiple accounts are found to be registered from the same device or household, 988wiu reserves the right to investigate and, where abuse is suspected, to close all associated accounts.
• Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 988wiu login credentials. You must notify 988wiu immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. 988wiu will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to protect your login details.
• Non-transferability. Your 988wiu Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

As a condition of processing your first withdrawal, and at 988wiu's discretion at any other time, you will be required to complete our KYC identity verification process. This process is a mandatory requirement under our international gaming licence obligations and our anti-money laundering (AML) programme.

KYC verification requires you to submit clear copies or photographs of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document — your Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a valid international passport.
• Proof of your registered mobile number ownership where required by our compliance team.
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account matching the details used to deposit) where a mismatch is identified.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in the verification request may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges. Providing fraudulent, altered, or falsified documents is a criminal offence and will be reported to relevant authorities.

All financial transactions on the 988wiu Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 988wiu does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa; Rs 500 via bank transfer.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmed receipt. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to reflect.
• 988wiu accepts deposits only from payment methods registered in the same name as your 988wiu Account. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa; Rs 1,000 via bank transfer.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within an average of 15 minutes following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day before 3:00 PM PKT.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless an alternative is approved by 988wiu's finance team following a formal request.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed until all active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds within your Account are fully satisfied.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is approved.

988wiu reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a material breach of these Terms.

988wiu offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately within your Account balance. Real-money funds are wagered first unless a specific promotion specifies otherwise.
• Each promotion will specify an applicable wagering requirement (e.g., 30x the bonus amount). Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement is completed in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds that remain subject to an unsatisfied wagering requirement at expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• Not all games on 988wiu contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting, slots, and live casino games may carry different contribution percentages as specified in individual promotion terms.
• 988wiu reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel a Player's participation in a promotion, or withhold bonus-derived winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, misuse, or breach of promotion terms.
• Players who have opted out of promotional communications or who have active responsible gaming restrictions may not be eligible for all promotions.

All sports bets placed on the 988wiu Platform are subject to 988wiu's published Sports Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. The following general principles apply to all sports betting activity:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement and confirmed by 988wiu. Once confirmed, odds are locked and cannot be altered by either party except in circumstances of a voided event.
• 988wiu reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, to decline a bet request, or to void a bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or human error.
• In the event of an event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with 988wiu's published event settlement rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type.
• Cricket markets — including PSL and Pakistan international fixtures — are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board. Ball-by-ball in-play markets are settled on the official ball-by-ball record.
• Any attempt to exploit delays between live event data and odds updates ("courtsiding" or similar practices) constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in bet cancellation and Account review.

All casino games, slot titles, and live dealer tables available on the 988wiu Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, physical randomisation processes (cards, wheels) conducted in licensed studio environments. All RNG software used on 988wiu is independently tested and certified by internationally recognised testing authorities.

• Game outcomes are determined by RNG and are not influenced by bet size, previous results, Account status, or any other factor external to the game engine itself.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles and table games are published within the game information panel of each game. These RTPs represent the theoretical long-term return calculated over statistically significant sample sizes.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical fault during a live dealer session, the round in question will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account. No further liability is accepted by 988wiu in respect of technical interruptions.
• Maximum win caps may apply to specific game titles and jackpot products. These limits are stated within the relevant game's rules and will not be exceeded regardless of the mathematical outcome of a single session.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 988wiu Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed and any balance held may be forfeited at 988wiu's sole discretion:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one 988wiu Account.
• Bonus abuse: Any strategy designed specifically to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play intent, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies solely to clear wagering requirements.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of automated betting software to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers or odds discrepancies across platforms in a manner that eliminates gambling risk and constitutes commercial exploitation of the Platform.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker and table game formats where player interaction exists.
• Money laundering: Using the 988wiu Platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. 988wiu operates a full AML monitoring programme and reports suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, submitting fraudulent documentation, or misrepresenting your identity or eligibility in any way.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider in relation to a legitimate 988wiu deposit without first raising a complaint through 988wiu's formal dispute resolution process.

988wiu is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to providing players with tools to manage their gambling activity safely. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 988wiu Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a 24-hour reflection period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications after a defined period of continuous play to remind you how long you have been active on the Platform.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which you will not be able to log in or place bets. Cool-off periods activate immediately and cannot be reversed before they expire.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the 988wiu Platform. Self-exclusion periods of six months, one year, three years, or indefinite exclusion are available. Self-exclusion is irrevocable during the chosen period. 988wiu will not reinstate an Account during an active self-exclusion regardless of the Player's request.

988wiu strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement. We conduct age verification during the KYC process and will immediately close any Account where the holder is found to be under 21 years of age, returning any deposits to the source payment method.

All content on the 988wiu Platform — including but not limited to the 988wiu name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 988wiu or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without prior written consent from 988wiu.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 988wiu's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 988wiu is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• 988wiu does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party infrastructure failures are outside our control and do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
• Odds, lines, and market prices displayed on the Platform are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. They do not constitute financial advice or a guarantee of outcome.
• 988wiu accepts no responsibility for any tax obligations arising from your winnings in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining and discharging any applicable tax liability.

988wiu collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering a 988wiu Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

988wiu will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data is shared only where required by law, by our KYC and AML obligations, by our licensing authority, or by our contracted service providers acting under strict data processing agreements.

You may close your 988wiu Account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team. Any real-money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method within five business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding wagering requirements apply.

988wiu reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — where:

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is reasonably suspected;
• The Account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct is identified;
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted;
• A regulatory or law enforcement requirement mandates Account restriction;
• 988wiu determines, in its sole discretion, that continued Account operation presents a commercial, reputational, or legal risk to the Platform.

Where an Account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, 988wiu reserves the right to forfeit any Balance held at the time of closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the 988wiu Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 988wiu is licensed to operate.

In the event of any dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting 988wiu's customer support team via live chat or email. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction within 14 days, you may escalate the complaint in accordance with our published Complaints Procedure.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through 988wiu's internal complaints procedure, you may refer the matter to the independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service provider nominated by our licensing authority, whose decision shall be binding on both parties.

988wiu reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made that affect your rights or obligations, 988wiu will notify you via the registered mobile number or email address associated with your Account. Non-material changes may be published directly on the Platform without individual notification.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this Terms & Conditions page. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your Account.
